Join us at this event to sample the tools you will be learning as a new student and learn about the core principles of our Energy Mastery Classes. We will answer all your questions and lead you through some meditation techniques.
This is also a Practice Session for continuing students. It’s a great space to get support if you are rusty or want Q &A about core principles of our Energy Mastery Classes. We serve tea and it’s a fun time in a relaxed environment.

About Tara Brennan and Energy Mastery Academy in San Diego
Tara Brennan, Director of Energy Mastery Academy in San Diego, CA, has been studying meditation and energy healing since she was a teenager, for almost 30 years now. She began teaching energy mastery classes and spiritual healing classes 12 years ago, first as a Reiki Master, then as a yoga teacher and now as an intuitive, clairvoyant healer and spiritual teacher. Her passion is in helping you find your spiritual guidance system and inner compass so that you can balance body, mind, and spirit and lead a life which is fulfilling and creative. She believes energy mastery tools are key. Students find her energy mastery classes to be fun and transformative.
