Bio: Tara Brennan, Director of Energy Mastery Academy in San Diego, CA, has been studying meditation and energy healing since she was a teenager, for almost 30 years now. She began teaching energy mastery classes and spiritual healing classes 12 years ago, first as a Reiki Master, then as a yoga teacher and now as an intuitive, clairvoyant healer and spiritual teacher. Her passion is in helping you find your spiritual guidance system and inner compass so that you can balance body, mind, and spirit and lead a life which is fulfilling and creative.
