Destress – A Guided Grounding & Third Eye Meditation for You!
It’s time to destress with a grounding and third eye meditation! Click the orange circle with the white arrow on the block above to start the audio. This 24 minute audio is from Class 5 of my course Energy Mastery 1 live and in-person with students. Therefore, it’s not a perfect audio, you will hear a few scratchy sounds in the beginning and here and there throughout, but you will also hear when a hummingbird shows up at the perfect time! The grounding meditation technique is the first Energy Mastery tool I teach and is one of the main tools I teach in my beginner meditation course. It’s a very healing energy tool which will bless your meditation practice and your daily life, you will get to use it to release stress, tension, fear, old energy and other people’s energy. It will help you to come into the Present Moment more.
Centering in the third eye space is also taught right away in Energy Mastery 1. To center in this higher chakra is transformative and over time will help you reap benefits such as feeling peace and confidence and accessing your intuitive knowing. Hope you enjoy this guided meditation and remember practice makes perfect. It may take practice for you to get the full effects, it’s worth it, so keep at it.
